Farming Equipment & Technology Fund 2025 (FETF)
The FETF (Farming Equipment and Technology Fund) grant application window is open from 29th May to 10th July.
However, it’s important to note that electric fencing for grazing, solar energisers, and plate meters have unfortunately been removed from the FETF 2025 grant lists. We’re disappointed by the decision to exclude infrastructure that supports sustainable pasture-based systems, and we’ve raised our concerns with the relevant governing bodies—though it’s unlikely any changes will be made for this round.
In addition, please be aware that the Kiwitech Drag Trough is not eligible under FETF304 (water trough for rotational grazing), as confirmed by the RPA on 28th May 2025. This is due to the design featuring a submerged inlet rather than a traditional ball float and air gap. We strongly recommend seeking clarification from the RPA before applying or purchasing.
